Alec Baldwin married Kim Bassinger in 1993, having met her on the set of ‘The Marrying Man’. Though it introduced the young couple to each other, the movie was a tremendous flop. In the early 1990’s, Alec starred in a number of movies that all turned out poor box office results, and it seemed his career was on something of a decline. With some exceptions, this trend continued until 1999, when he starred in the movies ‘Outside Providence’ and ‘Thick as Thieves’, both of which fared well.

Alec has demonstrated an enormous versatility in his acting talent, comfortable in seemingly any role on either stage or in front of a camera. All of his most recent movies have been very successful, and it looks as though his acting career is far from over
